When calling, you probably will hear us answer the phone, "NaturalCoasters.com" as it has become known. However R & R Sales and Marketing is our official business name. We named the business after our two girls Rachel & Rebekah, Rachel 10 and Rebekah 6. This is where the R & R comes from if you are wondering. You might have heard that R & R stands for Rest and Relaxation however if you have girls you know better. They keep us very busy to say the least. Some of our customers when calling have mentioned that they thought we were a big operation. However We are located in a small town in North Carolina with population of about 20,000 called Lexington home of the annual BBQ Festiville. If you ever want to try the best BBQ in the world then you need to come to Lexington! Home of some of the worlds best BBQ. We are that little town that has gone pig crazy! I mean you can find these pigs everywhere in Lexington! By the way your orders are not shipped from here. They are shipped from Texas and Indiana. A little about me. My name is Joseph and I run most of the operations behind the scenes. You might hear my voice when calling customer service or I might be working on this website, that's right I am the IT guy too. Well as I said, I run most of the operation around here! Some people think that if they shop at larger retail stores on the Web that they will fare better because of size. However alot of these big businesses treat their customers like a number. You're doing well if you get to speak to a real person and not some computer. As you can see in our cusotmer reviews above, we work very hard to keep a good size customer base. We have been offering drink coasters on the Web since 2004. We started out selling Thirstystones then as our customer base became larger we began to expand our scope and add more brands to our offering. We now offer Coasterstone and Landmark Products. Also we have added services including custom coasters and photo coasters. We do our best to put our customers first.
